Essential oils for stress: The aromatherapy benefits are a great natural addition to your peace-loving routine. Curious if they work? Here’s a resource on essential oil research.
Ingredients: organic sweet almond oil (Prunus amygdalus var. dulcis) and/or grapeseed oil (Vitis vinifera), organic essential oils of lavender, geranium, ylang ylang and sweet orange.
What it doesn’t contain: Anything artificial, ever.
Directions for use: Adults and children over 2 years of age. Use 1-2 drops rubbed onto wrists, temples, or chest. Massage in to release the essential oil aromas.
Bonus: Another use? Put a few drops in an oil diffuser (or bowl of warm water) to calm a whole room. Can you imagine a children’s birthday party that’s calm? In essence, it’s doable.
