A FEW TIPS ON NATURAL DEODORANTS

Be patient. Give your body 1 or 2 weeks to adjust to the switch from synthetics to natural ingredients. You may experience a little irritation at first. This is not unusual and will likely pass quickly. Your body gets used to the new stuff and goes happily on it’s natural way.

*Every blue moon, a handful of people just can’t tolerate baking soda on their pits. It happens, and it’s a bummer, but if an itchy irritation persists past a couple weeks, stop using the deodorant.*

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THE SUMMER: During warmer months, your deodorant may melt and separate a little. This is totally okay, and the deodorant is still in perfect working shape, it’s just that the shea butter and beeswax do sometimes give in to heat. In addition, it is highly likely that, after sitting in a hot delivery truck all day, it will reach you in this melty state. If you want to reset and firm it, just leave it at room temperature for a few hours (below 75 degrees should do it). That should bring it closer to a solid than a liquid, although keep in mind the consistency of this product is somewhat creamy.
