What it does not contain: Anything artificial, ever.

Directions for use: Adults and children over 2 years of age, use 1-2 drops rubbed onto wrists, temples, or chest, massaging into skin to release the essential oil aromas, or use in a diffuser or on oil-diffusing jewelry.

Anticipated shelf life: up to 2 years from date of purchase.
For best results, store in a cool, dry location out of direct sunlight.
